Enhancements are requested to the Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) Accounts Receivable (AR) application to provide role based functionality that allows a specified user capability to prevent referrals from being sent for new debtors and new overdue bills to the Treasury Cross-Servicing Program, while allowing all other parts of the Cross-Servicing batch job to continue to execute. Additionally, modifications are needed to ensure that debts referred to the Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) Debt Management Center (DMC) and to the Treasury Cross-Servicing Program are legitimately aged to the appropriate date. Finally, modifications are requested for parameters associated with the Debt Validity Management Report
