This project covers the changes or modifications (DM&E) of the Compensation and Pension Record Interchange (CAPRI) program. The scope of this effort is to modify Progress Notes Construction Sets (PNCS), to migrate the CAPRI software platform from Delphi 2006 to Delphi XE8, and to stabilize CAPRI software across the enterprise platform to DVBA*2.7*193.
