This registry promotes the delivery of quality care by ensuring Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom (OEF/OIF) veterans are screened for TBI, receive timely follow up evaluations and ongoing treatment as indicated.

Provide the ability to automatically present a view of summary information from the last three activities, ability to view Date, Location, Instrument and Summary Score on each summary line, the ability to view the full activity (Instrument) associated to a summary line by selecting that instrument, the ability to view a complete summary list of all prior activity, the ability to view the full activity (Instrument) associated to a summary line on the complete listing, by selecting that instrument and the ability within the TBI Instrument Package to view new information from enhancements to each existing instrument.
