  25    Defect #7 39298 repo rted that  the column s "AMOUNT  PAID" and  "AMOUNT OF
  26    FEES" wer e incorrec t. Further  investiga tion found  that the  data to re port
  27    these acc urately wa s not reli ably avail able so th ey were re moved from  the
  28    Reconcili ation Repo rt - Cross -Servicing  [RCTCSP R ECONCIL RE PORT].

  31    output wa s incorrec t. The col umn headin g was chan ged to DT  RCL.

  34    of the SS N. The pro blem was c aused by t he behavio r of the E xcel data
  35    import. T o mitigate  this prob lem, the E xcel repor t was chan ged to hav e the
  36    last 4 of  the SSN p receded by  the first  initial o f the last  name to
  37    prevent t he loss of  the leadi ng zeroes.  The headi ng was cha nged from  SSN
  38    to PT ID.

  46    repayment  plan amou nt issues  are correc ted in thi s patch. L astly, tes ting
  47    revealed  that in so me circums tances, pr evious rep ayment pla ns were no t
  48    deleted w hen an edi t took pla ce. This w as correct ed.

  51    Cross-Ser vicing adj ustments.  Several ro utines wer e updated  to recogni ze 
  52    and appro priately h andle thes e adjustme nts.

  54    Defect #7 68144 repo rted that  the Repaym ent Plan o ption did  not correc tly 
  55    locate ac tive bills  for non-p atient deb tors. This  was corre cted. In 
  56    addition,  the funct ion to dis play payme nts receiv ed since t he Repayme nt 
  57    Plan Date  was redes igned to a ccurately  display no n-patient  payments.

  59    Defect #x xxxxxx rep orted that  a few AR  options we re reporti ng out of 
  60    balance s ituations.  This was  caused by  newly crea ted Cross- Servicing  (CS)
  61    AR transa ction type s which we re not inc luded in t he calcula tion of th e
  62    transacti on balance  of the bi ll. This i ssue was r esolved by  including  the 
  63    new Cross -Servicing  transacti on types i n these ca lculations . The new  CS 
  64    transacti on types w ere also i ncluded in  the data  being sent  to FMS an d 
  65    the AR da ta collect ion proces ses.
