The Census Activity Reports functionality of the HT Reports module generates a report on the number of active Home Telehealth (HT) patients in the HT program as reported by each of the HT Vendors who have National Contract awards. Users have the option of narrowing the report output by Week Ending date, Modality, and by Vendor.
Click on HT Reports > Census Reports > Census Activity Reports.
In this release of the Census Activity Reports functionality, all National patient totals are available. They are:
National, all Modalities and all Vendors
National, all Modalities and a single Vendor
National, single Modality and all Vendors
National, single Modality and a single Vendor
Select either National Totals.
Specify the Week Ending date by selecting the date from the drop-down menu. The Week Ending date is the last week that data is received from any of the Vendor(s).
Select the Modality from the drop-down menu. The options to choose from include the following:
All Modalities (default)
Messaging Total
Messaging by Device
Messaging by IVR
Messaging by Browser
Messaging (IVR, device, or browser not yet assigned)
Peripheral Measurements
Cellular Modem Transmission
Satellite Transmission
Digital Image Capture
The default for Vendor is "All Vendors". To narrow the report to one Vendor, select the Vendor name from the drop-down menu.
To narrow the report by Vendor subtotal, click the check box to the left of Show Vendors Subtotal.
Click Generate Report to return to the previous window to generate a new report.
The report window displays with a table containing the national totals for the number of active HT patients in the National Totals column for each of the report criteria selected in the above steps. For example, if "Messaging by Device" is selected in Step #4, the National Totals column indicates the number of active HT patients being supported by Home Devices.
NOTE: Since many patients are being supported by more than one modality (e.g., Device, IVR, etc.), the number listed under the National Totals column will not equal the sum of the other columns. The sum of those columns will be greater than the Total Patients number displaying in the first row.
