The Census Reports functionality of the HT Reports module allows users to search on Veteran patient survey response data from the Health Data Repository (HDR) to produce the following census reports:
Census Activity Reports: Number of active Home Telehealth (HT) patients in the HT program as reported by each of the HT Vendors who have National Contract awards.
