LOCKED/INACTIVATED

If a user’s profile has been marked as being Locked or Inactivated, they will not be able to log into the application.  They will receive feedback that their account is either Locked, or Inactivated.  If this happens, they should contact either their VISN Administrator for IHTA, the National Administrator or the National Service Desk by calling 1-888-596-4357 to open a ticket.
