VISN Administrator

The VISN Administrator role is assigned to an individual at the VISN level who has been assigned the duties of supervising the administration of the application for the VISN. VISN Administrators have the responsibility of managing the accounts of the users in their assigned VISN.

A user who has been assigned the role of VISN Administrator will have access to the following functionality in the Administration module:

• Manage Registrations

• Manage Users

Also, this role has access to the following functionality in the Manage QIRs module:

• Create a QIR

• Agree to a Vendor's response to a QIR

• Withdraw a QIR

• Update a QIR

• Read a Closed or Withdrawn QIR

Additionally, this role has access to the HT Reports module.
