The QIR Originator role is assigned to an individual responsible for submitting Quality Improvement Reports (QIR) in the application to document quality and patient safety issues related to Home Telehealth devices. With this role, the user will have the following functionality:
Create a QIR
Withdraw a QIR
Agree with a Vendor's response to a QIR
Update a QIR
Read a Closed or Withdrawn QIR
Additionally, this role has access to the HT Reports module.
