National Administrator

The National Administrator role can be assigned to an individual in the VHA Telehealth Services Program who is responsible for the administration of the application. The National Administrator is responsible for managing registrations, users, and batch jobs in the application. Also, the National Administrator is responsible for approving, monitoring, and closing all electronic Quality Improvement Reports (QIR) in the application.*

This role has access to the following functionality in the Administration module:

Manage Registrations
Manage Users
Manage Scheduled Jobs

Also, the National Administrator role has access to the Manage QIRs functionality and can

Approve a QIR
Read a Closed or Withdrawn QIR
Update a QIR
Close a QIR

*The National Administrator role cannot create a QIR in the application.

Finally, the National Administrator role has access to the HT Reports module.
