Approve Users

Facility and VISN Administrators will receive an e-mail indicating that he/she has registrations to approve when a user selects that administrator's VISN or Facility. National Administrators will also receive this e-mail and can approve registrations as required. To approve user registrations, complete the following steps:

 

  1. Select Administration > Manage Registrations. A list of user registrations awaiting approval appears.

  2. Click once on the user's row (the row will be highlighted), and click Approve.

  3. From the list of Roles; check the box if you want to assign that Role to the user (See Role-Based Access). Click Submit to save the record.

  1. The Assigned VISN and Assigned Facility are populated when the user registers; however, if necessary select the Assigned VISN (if applicable) and the Assigned Facility associated with this user from the drop-down menu(s).

  2. Click Submit.

  3. The user will receive an e-mail indicating that his/her registration for the application has been approved.
