Satisfaction Survey Results

Statistics for Patient Satisfaction Surveys generates a report on the Patient Satisfaction Level and the Patient Satisfaction Index (PSI) for a set of Patient Satisfaction surveys (V1.0 and V2.0). The PSI percentage values are calculated by taking the average answer for each question and dividing this answer by the number of possible answers. The number of possible answers is five (5) for V1.0 and four (4) for V2.0. For V1.0, the answer for #6 is "No experience", so this question is ignored when calculating the PSI.

 

NOTE: Click on the links below the report to view the questions for V1.0 and V2.0 of the Patient Satisfaction Survey.

 

  1. Click on HT Reports > Patient Survey Reports > Satisfaction Survey Results.

  2. Specify the date range (MM/DD/YYYY) by selecting the date from the drop-down menus in the From Date and To Date fields.

  3. Select the following report criteria:
  1. To filter the report by a Vendor, select the vendor from the drop-down menu. Note that the default is all Vendors.

  2. Another filter that can be applied to the report is Modality ("All", "IVR", "Home Device", "Browser"). Note that the default is "Do Not Include", which means that report will group all survey responses together with no modality distinction in the report output.

  3. Select which version of the Patient Satisfaction Survey to be included in the report: V1.0 or V2.0.

  4. Select the Question Numbers (1-8) from the survey. Note that the default is all questions.

  5. Click Generate Report. The report displays in a new window with criteria specified.

  6. Click Reports Menu to return to the previous window to generate a new report.
