Home Telehealth (HT) Reports Overview

The HT Reports module of the Integrated Home Telehealth Application (IHTA) allows all IHTA users (except those assigned the Vendor role) to search on aggregate Home Telehealth (HT) data from the Health Data Repository (HDR) to generate various management-level HT reports, including the following:

• Patient Survey Reports

• • Satisfaction Survey Results

  • Distribution of Surveys

  • Vendor Submission Report

• Census Reports

• • Census Activity Reports

  • Category of Care Reports

  • Response Rate Reports
