        93            V eterans He alth Admin istration  (VHA) to f acilitate  the DMP by  creating 
        94            t he initial  &quot;she ll&quot; o f the DMP,  assign su bject matt er experts  
        95            ( SME) to th e DMP, and  manage th e content  entered by  the SMEs.  The 
        96            D MP Adminis trator wil l also man age the ex port of th e DMP to a n Excel 
        97            s preadsheet  for e-mai ling to th e Home Tel ehealth Ve ndors.</p> </li>
