The Embedded Fragments Registry (EFR) Enhancements project will automate incorporation of laboratory results and will provide imaging information related to embedded fragments. The added capability enhances our ability to provide care for Veterans who have retained embedded fragments in their bodies after sustaining blast unjuries during military service and are identified in the EFR. We will improve efficiency and enhance the quality of care provided to the Veterans with embedded fragments.
