Clinical Case Registries (CCR) provides a local VISTA system program for population management. As of April 2016, twenty-nine populations have been made available for local champions to query for various access to care, quality and safety initiatives. A national database exists for two of the populations – hepatitis C and HIV. The national data are used by the HIV, Hepatitis, and Public Health Pathogens program office for the development, assessment, and improve of national policy.
