Effective today (Saturday 10th March 2007), the licensing and support schedule for UDM has changed.

The cost of a standard single-use license has now dropped significantly, to $15 (USD), while the cost
of an unlimited-use license has dropped to $100. The drop in cost is because the license no longer includes
direct support of any kind - neither pre-sales nor after-sales support will be avaiable under the terms of this license.

For customers who do want after-sales and technical support, a separate licensing schedule is now available which includes
support in blocks of time. Support services are provided by Aphion Web Services.

However - since you bought your license at a time when support was still included, that deal will continue to be honoured
as before - as far as you're concerned, nothing has changed. But any requests for support should be sent directly to this
email address - please do not use the forms on the UDM website to request support, as support requests from the site will
be ignored.
