The VA Mobile Health Rx Refill App provides another convenient way to request prescription refills. The App provides a listing of medications that are refillable. The Veteran or Caregiver can then submit directly through this App, refill requests to the local VA Pharmacy which may send out the prescription or forward the request to the VA Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP). Once the refill request is received and processed, the medication will be delivered to the Veteran’s residence as indicated in the Veteran’s file
