In ord er to trac k the deli very of ma iled Rx me dications, VA patien ts must ca ll their l ocal VAMC directly a nd wait fo r a repres entative t o look up their orde r and conn ect them t o the carr ier respon sible for delivering the shipm ent.The cu rrent Rx R efill mobi le applica tion shall be enhanc ed to allo w Veterans to track Rx medicat ion shipme nts to inc lude the s tatus of t heir maile d Rx medic ation and expected d elivery da te and tim e. The Rx Refill mob ile app sh all be mod ified to d isplay rel evant mail tracking informatio n, with li nks to sen d the user or displa y status i nformation from comm on deliver y services such as t he United States Pos tal Servic e (USPS), FedEx and United Par cel Servic e. The co ntent disp layed on t he enhance d Rx Refil l app shal l mirror t he informa tion in My HealtheVe t (MHV), m aking use of existin g MHV serv ices, wher e appropri ate. Addit ionally, t he existin g Rx Refil l applicat ion shall be enhance d to inclu de a pictu re of the medication including the name of the med ication.
