<p>Tips for creating a good video:</p>
<ul>
<li>Do task how and where you usually do it.</li>
<li>Have a helper take the video.</li>
<li>Unless told otherwise, stay dressed (e.g. pretend bathing/dressing).</li>
<li>Have good lighting (e.g. turn on all lights, open curtains/blinds). Video scan the area where task is done. This is so your provider can see everything that might affect your ability to complete the requested task.</li>
<li>Ensure video orientation allows for easy viewing (e.g. walking upright).</li>
<li class="text-uppercase">Review video before submitting.</li>
</ul>
<p>Please follow these requirements when capturing your video:</p>
<ul>
<li>Videos need to be in .mp4 or .mov format.</li>
<li>Video sizes larger than {{configServiceValues.suggestedVideoSize}} MB won’t be uploaded.</li>
<li>Check Settings/Camera on mobile device to change video settings to reduce video size. For example, at the lowest setting on iPhone (720p@30 fps), a 20 MB video would be 20 sec long. More detailed information can be found at <a href="https://

<li>Means to reduce video size (compress) may be available through your Internet provider, app store or other software.</li>
