- Videos need to be in .mp4 or .mov format.
- Lowering the resolution on your mobile device will decrease the video size. Consult your mobile device owner's manual to learn how to reduce the resolution.
- Video clips no longer than 1 minute in length are recommended.
- Video sizes less than 10 MB are suggested. Video sizes larger than 150 MB will not be uploaded.
- When available, use Wi-Fi to upload your videos.
- Video uploads can take time to complete.
- Do not minimize your browser or allow your mobile device to go to sleep while your video is uploading.
