Auth Services provides authentication services to mobile applications. There are two versions with the same code base.
•Veteran Auth Services currently uses DSLogon as a credential service provider and is accessed through the VAAFI IAM infrastructure.
•Staff Auth Services currently uses VistA as the credential service provider and uses MDWS login calls to access VistA accounts
