The Enterprise Health Management Platform (eHMP) will develop a new web-based clinical application that migrates the current functionality in Veterans Health Information systems and Technology Architecture (VistAs) Graphical User Interface (GUI) Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS). eHMP will leverage and integrate the enhanced graphical user interface, standards-based data, and core clinical applications deployed during the User Experience project, Joint Legacy Viewer (JLV), and Health Informatics Initiative (Hi2). will develop a new web-based clinical application that migrates the current functionality in Veterans Health Information systems and Technology Architecture (VistAs) Graphical User Interface (GUI) Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS). eHMP will leverage and integrate the enhanced graphical user interface, standards-based data, and core clinical applications deployed during the User Experience project, Joint Legacy Viewer (JLV), and Health Informatics Initiative (Hi2).

This updated submission includes the following fixes addressing the issues with the April 28, 2016 submission. 

- Added standardized Apache Public License v2 license files for ASM Research and Cognitive Medical Systems to the root of each folder 
- Removed non-standard copyrights (e.g., vistacore, Agilex, etc.) which were found to be attributed to the eHMP development contractors and transferred to the government as part   of product delivery. 
- Removed do not redistribute notices added to eHMP software
- Removed two third-party folders in chef-repo which contained do not redistribute notices.
