CAT is a legacy system that currently supports the PCAFC, as well as the Program of General Caregiver Support Services, stipend payments, and the Caregiver Support Line (CSL). The future solution, the Caregiver Tool (or CareT), is intended to provide a far more robust set of functionality than CAT to support these various efforts. This document provides the comprehensive list of said functionality by elaborating on the high-level business needs outlined in the related BRCD.
