OR*3*423v75 is a follow-up patch to CPRS v30b. It addresses three patient safety issues. Due to the nature of the patient safety concerns it became necessary to include fixes in OR*3.0*423, which in turn required a new CPRS GUI - referred to as CPRS v30c. CPRS v30c includes both a single VistA KIDS build (OR*3.0*423) and a new GUI.
