The VA Moms mobile app is a tool and information source for women Veterans who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Veterans can access pregnancy and childbirth resources, and use tools for tracking pregnancy care and well-being. VA Moms App in conjunction with MCC Support App will enhance care coordination and sharing of electronic information between the Veteran receiving VA maternity benefits, the Maternity Care Coordinator (MCC), key VA providers, and the Veteran’s non-VA maternity care provider, as well as enhance the quality and continuity of care during pregnancy by providing tools for the MCC and VA providers, educate Veterans about pregnancy and provide tools so that the Veteran can manage her care during pregnancy.
