1. You see the above
Title Bar when Role Matrix is
selected from the Left Menu 2. You can search for any NT Username or Name. ·
Type in
any text character, partial name, or full name. ·
Click
Search to search the NT Username list and Name list for a match. ·
The
Users list is filtered to show the search results. 3. You can click Clear to remove the search filter
and display the full user list. 4. You can view the Users list and select a user by
clicking the User ID to display the user profile. ·
When
viewing a users profile you can edit the user role information by deselecting
or selecting the check box for each of the roles. ·
Click
Save to save the changes or Close to abort the changes. 5. You can download
the Role Matrix to an Excel spreadsheet by clicking Download to Excel and following the on screen prompts. Click the page number to display the list
of patients on that page. Click … after the highest page number to display the next set of pages. Click … before the lowest page number to display the previous set of
pages. Click << to display the first page. Click >> to display the last page. Administration > Role
Matrix > User List > [NT Username] Roles

Title Bar when you click the Edit Roles button in the Administration >
Users page; 2. You can edit the user role by deselecting or
selecting the applicable checkboxes on
the screen. 3. You can save the edited information by clicking
the Save button. A Save Successful
pop-up message will appear and you can click ok. 4. You can click Close button to return to the users list screen. |
