The My VA Health App empowers Veterans to take control of their health by tracking and analyzing their own health and personal activities in close coordination with their health care team. With My VA Health, Veterans and their Caregivers can enter, view, and track important health and wellness information - then share it with their health care team. The app will include the following feature apps: Health Assessment, Notifications & Reminders, Women’s Health Diary, My Story (My Goals), Plan Your Appointment, and My Meds Mobile.
