If you are a Veteran enrolled at a VA health care Facility and have an upgraded account, you will be able to:
- View information you self-entered into MyHealtheVet
- Access parts of your official VA health record*
- Retrieve your Department of Defense (DoD) Military Service Information*
- Communicate with your health care team through Secure Messaging

Your account will not be upgraded until your VA health care facility has processed your signed ROI form. Please allow 20 business days for your upgrade to be completed.
