This patch includes several modifications to the Clinical Case
Registries (CCR) package to support the changes being made to PTF as a
result of ICD-10 implementation. PTF now stores 24 diagnoses and
procedures in the PTF file (#45). The changes to the CCR system are:

1. Modifies the HL7 nightly extract job Registry Update & Data
Extraction [ROR TASK] to extract up to 24 ICD-10 diagnoses and
procedures.

2. Modifies the selection logic for all CCR reports that screen the
output based on diagnosis to check the additional fields added to
the PTF file for ICD-10.

3. A modification to the HL7 nightly extract Admitting Diagnosis
segment to only extract the data from the PTF file (#45) for the
PRINCIPAL DIAGNOSIS pre-1986 field (#80) if the PRINCIPAL
DIAGNOSIS field (#79) does not contain any data.

4. The version of the CCR software is updated to 1.5.25.
