This submission is in response to FOIA Request A3AFDBNK - FOIA 20131105-1 - 14-00716-F and is for the routines that comprise the back office tool on the NDF system that take the ASCII formatted disks that are sent monthly from First Data Bank and converts them into a VA Fileman compatible
format. Essentially, these routines import the Patient Medication Information sheets to VistA from First Data Bank.
