The Administration module of the Integrated Home Telehealth Application (IHTA) allows administrators to manage user registrations, update a user's assigned VISN and/or Facility and assigned roles, and also unlock and inactivate users, as required. Also, administrators will use this module to manage the application's scheduled jobs, including the Weekly Vendor Compliance Report E-mail, Purge Completed Reports, and the QIR Vendor Response Due.
NOTE: Access to the functionality within each module is restricted by the user roles assigned during the registration approval process; therefore, you may not have access to all of the functionality described in this help file. (Refer to Role-Based Access.)
