VISN Administrator

The VISN Administrator role can be assigned to an individual at the VISN level who has been assigned the duties of supervising the administration of the application for the VISN. VISN Administrators have the responsibility of managing the accounts of the users in their assigned VISN. This role has access to the Administration and Inventory Tracker modules.

A user who has been assigned the role of VISN Administrator will have access to the following functionality in the Administration module:

• Manage Registrations

• Manage Users

Also, this role has access to the following functionality in the Inventory Tracker module, including the Manage QIRs functionality:

• Device Inventory Report

• Search Device by Serial Number

• Search Device by Activation Date

• Vendor Compliance Reports

• Manage QIRs

• • Create a QIR

  • Agree to a Vendor's response to a QIR

  • Withdraw a QIR

  • Update a QIR

  • Read a Closed or Withdrawn QIR

Additionally, this role has access to the HT Reports module.
