The Program Support Assistant role is assigned to an individual who is responsible for maintaining the inventory of all Home Telehealth equipment at the user's assigned facility. With this role, the user will have access to the following functionality in the Inventory Tracker* module:
Device Inventory Report
Search Device by Serial Number
Search Device by Activation Date
*The Program Support Assistant role does not have access to the Manage QIR functionality in Inventory Tracker.
Additionally, this role has access to the HT Reports module.
