The Care Coordinator role is an RN who manages care across the health care continuum for a panel of Home Telehealth patients. With this assigned role, the user will have access to the following functionality in the Inventory Tracker* module:
Device Inventory Report
Search Device by Activation Date
Search Device by Serial Number
*The Care Coordinator role does not have access to the Manage QIR functionality of Inventory Tracker. (See QIR Originator.)
Additionally, this role also has access to the HT Reports module.
