Facility and VISN Administrators will receive an e-mail indicating that he/she has registrations to approve when a user selects that administrator's VISN or Facility. National Administrators will also receive this e-mail and can approve registrations as required. To approve user registrations, complete the following steps:
Select Administration > Manage Registrations. A list of user registrations awaiting approval appears.
Click once on the user's row (the row will be highlighted), and click Approve.
Highlight the necessary roles under Available Roles and click Add. (See Role-Based Access.)
Also, you can drag-and-drop the role from Available Roles to Assigned Roles. The role will appear in Assigned Roles.
The Assign VISN and Assigned Facility is populated when the user registers; however, if necessary select the Assigned VISN (if applicable) and the Assigned Facility associated with this user from the drop-down menu(s).
Click Submit.
The user will receive an e-mail indicating that his/her registration for the application has been approved.
NOTE: The below message will display on the right side of the Context Bar when there are registrations to approve. You can click on this message to access the Manage Registrations screen. ![]()
