This patch introduces a new set of indications for care in support of
Anticoagulation Management, using the ICD-10-CM classification system,
which will be presented to the user after ICD-10-CM implementation
(currently scheduled for 10/01/2015) in lieu of the current list of
ICD-9-CM indications. It will also allow facilities to specify an
ICD-10-CM diagnosis, which will be filed automatically as the Primary
Indication for Care at each Anticoagulation clinic location for visits
which occur after ICD-10-CM implementation.
