The purpose of this patch is to install components into Vista that will
support the Bar Code Expansion - Positive Patient Identification (BCE-PPI)
project. It's goal is to decrease patient misidentification and vulnerabilities
in labeling of blood products and the need to use paper to record patient
information before manually entering patient information into the Computerized
Patient Record System (CPRS).
