This document summarizes the results from the formal usability testing conducted on HealthBoard. HealthBoard is an open-source presentation layer designed for use in the Patient Centered Medical Home environment. This document summarizes the design changes that were completed as a result of the user feedback, and highlights areas where future systems can benefit from better patient / clinician interactions.
