After launching the iEHR web application, the home page of the Provider Portal is the first page presented. Your name/user profile will show in the upper right-hand corner of the page. From this page, you can select a patient listed on schedule or use the Patient Search utility. After selecting a patient, the Patient Portal is displayed. The first tab, in the upper left-hand corner of the Patient Portal, displays the patient’s name.
