From the provider clinical domain/widget taskbar that appears at the bottom of the Provider Portal, left-click on the Unsigned Notes widget and drag it to the screen.
This widget displays the provider’s unsigned notes information and is displayed in reverse chronological order by note date.
In the minimized view, the unsigned notes information includes:
Site
Date
Patient
Type
In the full view, the unsigned notes information includes:
Site
Date
Patient
Type
From the full view dialog box, you can also define unsigned notes information by Start Date and End Date.
Use the Filter by Note Type drop-down box to select a note type.
Use the Filter by Provider drop-down box to select a provider.
