From the provider clinical domain/widget taskbar that appears at the bottom of the Provider Portal, left-click on the Consults Requested widget and drag it to the screen.
This widget displays any consults the provider has ordered. The provider’s consults requested information is displayed in reverse chronological order by consult date.
In the minimized view, the consults requested information includes:
Site
Date
Patient
Consult Service
In the full view, the consults requested information includes:
Site
Date
Patient
Consult Service
From the full view dialog box, you can also define consults requested information by Start Date and End Date. Use the Filter by Service drop-down box to select a service.
