From the provider clinical domain/widget taskbar that appears at the bottom of the Provider Portal, left-click on the Abnormal Results widget and drag it to the screen.
This widget displays the provider’s abnormal results information for a patient. The information is displayed in reverse chronological order by date.
In the minimized view, the abnormal results information includes:

Date
Patient
Lab
In the full view, the abnormal results information includes:

Date
Patient

Verified By
Comment
From the full view dialog box, you can also define abnormal results information by Start Date and End Date.
Use the Filter by Test drop-down box to select a test.
