The patient’s personal data and demographics appear at the upper left-hand section of the iEHR web application screen.
The patient’s name is displayed in color and followed by an icon. The color and icon define the following:
The blue color and the blue circle are specific to data retrieved from the VA system.
The orange color and the orange square are specific to data retrieved from the DoD system.
The tabs above the patient’s name provide the patient’s demographics summary at each VA or DoD site that the patient has visited. Click on the patient’s name to display the demographics summary.
