Vitals

From the patient clinical domain/widget taskbar that appears at the bottom of the Patient Portal, left-click on the Vitals widget and drag it to the screen.

This widget displays the patient’s vitals information. The information is displayed in reverse chronological order by the date/time taken.

 

In the minimized view, the vitals information includes:

From the full view dialog box, you can also define vitals information by Start Date and End Date.

 

Use the Filter by Type drop-down box to select a vitals type.

To view vitals information in a histogram presented in a graph format, click graph. To view vitals information in a histogram presented in a table format, click table.
