From the patient clinical domain/widget taskbar that appears at the bottom of the Patient Portal, left-click on the Radiology widget and drag it to the screen.
This widget displays the patient’s radiology exam information. The information is displayed in reverse chronological order by the exam date.
In the minimized view, the radiology information includes:

In the full view, the radiology information includes:

From the full view dialog box, you can also define radiology information by Start Date and End Date.
Use the Filter by Study drop-down box to select a study.
The screen below shows the selection of a radiology study.
The screen below shows the radiology report of the selected radiology study.
