Outpatient Medications

From the patient clinical domain/widget taskbar that appears at the bottom of the Patient Portal, left-click on the Outpatient Medications widget and drag it to the screen.

This widget displays the patient’s outpatient active medications information. The information is displayed in reverse chronological order by the last fill order date.

In the minimized view, the outpatient medications information includes:

• Site

• Last Fill

• Prescriptions

• Status

In the full view, the outpatient medications information includes:

• Site

• Last Fill

• Active Prescriptions

• Status

• Refills

• Sig

• Ordering HCP

• Quantity

• Days Supply

From the full view dialog box, you can also define outpatient medications information by Start Date and End Date.

Use the Filter by Drug drop-down box to select a drug.

Use the Filter by Ordering HCP drop-down box to select an ordering HCP.

The screen below shows an active prescription of the outpatient medications.

The screen below shows the outpatient medication details of the selected active prescription.
