From the patient clinical domain/widget taskbar that appears at the bottom of the Patient Portal, left-click on the Labs widget and drag it to the screen.
This widget displays the patient’s lab test information. The information is displayed in reverse chronological order by the lab test date.
In the minimized view, the labs information includes:
Site
Date
Test
In the full view, the labs information includes:
Site
Date
Test
Sample
From the full view dialog box, you can also define labs information by Start Date and End Date.
Use the Filter by Test drop-down box to select a test.
The screen below shows the selection of a lab test.

To view the lab test results in a histogram presented in a graph format, click graph. To view the lab test results in a histogram presented in a table format, click table.
