From the patient clinical domain/widget taskbar that appears at the bottom of the Patient Portal, left-click on the Inpatient Medications widget and drag it to the screen.
This widget displays the patient’s inpatient active medications information. The information is displayed in reverse chronological order by the last fill date.
In the minimized view, the inpatient medications information includes:
Site
Last Fill
Drug
In the full view, the inpatient medications information includes:
Site
Last Fill
Active Prescriptions
Stop Date
Schedule
Ordering HCP
Quantity
Comment
From the full view dialog box, you can also define inpatient medications information by Start Date and End Date.
Use the Filter by Drug drop-down box to select a drug.
Use the Filter by Ordering HCP drop-down box to select an ordering HCP.
