Immunizations

From the patient clinical domain/widget taskbar that appears at the bottom of the Patient Portal, left-click on the Immunizations widget and drag it to the screen.

This widget displays the patient’s immunization history. The information is displayed in reverse chronological order by the immunization administration date.

 

In the minimized view, the immunizations information includes:

From the full view dialog box, use the Filter by Vaccine drop-down box to select a vaccine.
